Man, this was the first deathcore band i found on my own. I listened to Neverbloom on Spotify i think, like 3 years ago or maybe 4. And i cannot tell you how many times i listened to it after. To this day one of my favorites and imo, one of the all time great albums.

I actually thought when i heard this, especially in the fast parts, it reminded me a little of a black metal band called: Obtained Enslavement, from their album "Soulblight"(which by the way is an fantastic album) especially the piano lying in the background, reminded me so much of that, that i immediately wanted to hear Obtained Enslavement afterwards, all though it is completely different styles :-) Great reaction. Lord Of Woe EP, Neverbloom, and Old Souls are all connected and tell a story. Old Souls' story is told from the last track to the first, it tells the story of a man and his down fall after war; how war and drinking changed him. Marionette is a big key in the story, jumping to Scraping the Barrel, STB and Threads is about him succumbing to his conditions.
Instant like. Neverbloom is their best album, besides their original "Summoning Storms". I mean like you said it was dark, fast, never stopped, but not in a way that made it drag for you, his vocals were 10/10 in this era, and how you possibly not love Louisa...? Lousia for life
