Not Singing the Blues with BlueBot

Your old water meter not measuring water usage correctly? I had an old one and I knew something was up. I searched for a nondestructive way to double-check what my meter was measuring and found BlueBot. This small high tech gizmo simply clamps over my water pipe and can measure very precisely what I am using. I installed it in under 5 minutes and since then I have learned alot about where I am using water the most. I can measure what I use for the yard and what fixtures use the most water inside the house. I even have it set up to send me an alert if it thinks I have a leak in the water line. Pretty damn smart piece of wizardry here.

This video is 10 months old now... How is your BlueBot doing now that you have some time using it? Feel it is accurate? Have you ran water into a 1 or 5 gallon bucket and tested it? I had a Flume but my water company recently changed the type meter I had and now it doesn't work with the new one so I am looking for a new smart water monitor. Thanks in advance!

Yes, I tested it with different sized buckets and flow rates. Passed each test successfully. I use it mainly to measure my exterior watering.

Is there any way to export the data? Possibly to Excel? How long or how far back in time is the data kept? Thanks in advance.
