I have already uploaded a tutorial for slope stability analysis. Nevertheless, rock slopes should be modelled with specific material model such as Hoek's and so on.

you might have installed plaxis Verison 2020 newly ,
the solution is to download that .rar
and press Select in the global material and select whatever you want
soil , plates or embeded piles

You have to downgrade the version then make sure that windows updates are off
