Some real estate developers build these mega houses that all look the same because they were made for the same purposes: parties, video location, etc. They were not made for people to actually live in for a long period of time. When teams of digital influencers came to LA, it only gave a new purpose for these already built houses.
They follow the same format because of that. The developers never predicted that they would show in UA-cam.

I love watching his new videos as well with Ryland, Morgan, Garret. His conspiracy videos, his random day vlogs, and ghost games, his Tanacon series, Jeffere Star series, and now Jake Paul series.
