This is a fav recipe of mine. Just made it in instapot yesterday. A tip for those who make it in instapot, soak the rice for 20 mins, caramelize onions separately and add in the end instead of beginning, add 0.25 more quantity of water than what is mentioned in the recipe or same, but when you soak rice water add a little oil. Trust me you’ll get the best biryani in the instapot. And oh, pressure cook in instapot for 5 mins, npr after 5 mins when the instapot beeps. You’ll love the end result

Tried it.
I skipped a couple of ingredients like -
Saffron soaked milk, fried onions, coriander and mint leaves, red chilli powder and Biryani masala as well :)
It turned out really well :)
