Fantastic. Too icy today to run outside so did my interval session with you on the treadmill. Turned sound off and put on 160bpm rock music. The long forest gravel stretches are perfect for long intervals so I can focus on running to my HR. Thank you so much for this.❤
I loved this so much I ran it again. My session was only 40 mins but the scenery was so great I kept on walking right to the end. Luckily my treadmill has electricity😅 Thank you ❤
