It's amazing how much information can be crammed into a one word sentence. You don't need always need to speak, You aren't as smart as you think you are, You aren't as subtle as you think you are, Just block out your emotions and you'll win, Don't be the center of attention and you'll win...
See this is why I never shut up at a table. (Unless asked to do so by the dealer.) It's just one of those things. If you don't change your behaviour, you aren't giving as much away.
It's only bad etiquette to "cross the line". That means if seat 1 & 3 are in a big hand, it's rude for 2 to talk to anyone, but 4 - 9 are all good talking with each other. Seat 2 should stand up and move if he wants social time here.
I don’t know this Kendall, but she’s not good. There’s just a lot here… the taking yeah helps, but honestly he was already strongly considering folding and for good reason. Pretty terrible play by the girl.
Here's my take on tells. They can be used both ways. If you don't have a monster...and wanted to bluff, I guess you could just start talking about another hand right?
Tells are multi layered and you do not blindly trust tells. The type of player that does what you suggest will NEVER get a fold in this spot. The type you describe usually talks and talks.. and talks.. it's when they stop talking shit gets interesting. Kendall on the other hand seems like a silent/passive aggressive player. For someone like her to strike up a casual conversation after moving all-in for piles - very suspect. She's basically saying "I do not care about your decision". She obviously does. He was probably folding anyways, but this tell made his mind up for sure

In general because getting a call on a big raise sometimes is often more lucrative than getting a call on a small raise every time. It's not an exact science, but I have no problem with her bet. If she had just sat back and kept her mouth shut for another 30 seconds, she could have had a huge pot.
Isnt the problem here she could be jamming K high flushes aswell? Shouldnt you be jamming those in her shoes? Would expect 9x trips to even go for 3 streets here, hoping to get paid by A A/K K with a diamond.
She went squirrel and got lazy. And lost an extra 17k. I'm not a poker but that has to be the worst flub I've ever seen.
Folds "instantly", god I hate clickbate.
She's totally unaware of herself as an amateur usually is.
I think she did it purposely; looks like she had a soft spot for Justin.
He probably folds no matter what. Not a good call spot
Shoulda kept her mouth shut. Life in the big city.
Shove on the turn
If the commentators would watch this video again, they would realize how extremely annoying the constant talking was
it's a good play to make a great fold in a disgusting spot, but that doesnt make it a sick read, she's saying she has nut flush+. And who is going to turn KK+ into a bluff there? just too hard. Sick read would be laying down 3s
I don’t get it, didn’t he had a diamond flush?
He did. You know what beats that? A full house.
They look like siblings.
Smaller raise she's getting called
What are you talking about lmao… he has to call 17k to win 53k with the nut flush, which is well within his range. He is also literally never never bluffing betting half pot on the river on this board, his very worst hand is KK with a diamond. There is truly zero other raise size that makes any sense whatsoever, I’ll quit poker before I find myself min clicking the river with the nuts 😂😂😂
@@mackwilkins5167 2nd nuts, but I get what you're saying. Makes sense to go big here because anyone doing the math is gonna call a min click, or a jam if they're calling anything at all.
@@counterfeit4450 If someone shows up with quads, you're just unlucky. The highes full house is the effective nuts.
Apparently, the meaning of words is meaningless these days. For instance, the definition of "instantly" as in "he instantly folds after she starts talking" and yet, no such thing happens. He ponders for a good long while. One might say an intermitibly long time.
she kept raising her lips and smiling all throughout too showing no worry -
Why do the guys at the table who are the most full of themselves have to graduate to the mic?
I lived in Austin for 27 years, and I know that local brand of game.
I have refused to sub so far because I have never heard any quality narration.
If I wanted more inane chatter like these guys I would watch the Jury Foreman from Georgia again. Better quality.
If by "snap fold" you mean he folded 13 seconds later, sure.
He did that with an ace?
The people not in the hand talking is pretty distracting... is that allowed? For some reason I thought it wasn't
women
It's amazing how much information can be crammed into a one word sentence. You don't need always need to speak, You aren't as smart as you think you are, You aren't as subtle as you think you are, Just block out your emotions and you'll win, Don't be the center of attention and you'll win...
First to talk loses
See this is why I never shut up at a table. (Unless asked to do so by the dealer.)
It's just one of those things. If you don't change your behaviour, you aren't giving as much away.
Kendall needs a brush through her hair lol
It's poor etiquette to talk when you're not in a hand, which the other players did. Especially in all-in situations
It's only bad etiquette to "cross the line". That means if seat 1 & 3 are in a big hand, it's rude for 2 to talk to anyone, but 4 - 9 are all good talking with each other. Seat 2 should stand up and move if he wants social time here.
lol classic
This fold would be slightly more impressive if he had a little more than Ace high.
Huh? He has Ace high flush...
@@johnpaulgeorge8862 oh lol, whoops. You are indeed correct, huge fold then O_o.
I don’t know this Kendall, but she’s not good. There’s just a lot here… the taking yeah helps, but honestly he was already strongly considering folding and for good reason. Pretty terrible play by the girl.
Modern players all have the same body language when they are super comfy with their hand. That's what induced the fold here
yes all modern are exploitable when they crush the board ... donk
She angle shot herself in the head
@@frochi Mercy..that would have been a very very tough fold if not for the tell. I mean...he's got second nuts really...
@@briansefring4981 Nuts refers to the best hand given the current board. On a paired board, a flush is not going to be the nuts. 99 was the nuts. QQ was second nuts. And then there are a bunch of unrealistic hands to make a whole bunch of boats until you eventually get to the ace high flush.
@@briansefring4981 4th nuts actually if you discount 93. It's not that insane if the other player never bluffs. The question you're asking yourself is whether they would shove K high flush for value or not.
@@frochi True.
the commentators should stfu when people at the table are talking. jeez
How is this “folds instantly “?
He instantly folds when shes starts to talk..
not insane, if ur quit the ENTIRE TIME then start talking it's the most obvious thing.
this is all a long con plan to bluff the river next time with air
Really bad commentators lol! I know it's not easy, but claiming that it is always the queen on the river, is just superstition.
i hate how they all have to play with their chips nonstop. So annoying.
Why jam? Don’t you want a call?
In general because getting a call on a big raise sometimes is often more lucrative than getting a call on a small raise every time. It's not an exact science, but I have no problem with her bet. Or her check, which also got money in the pot.
Also, he only had 17k behind, so he only has to call 17k for a 50k+ pot. The fact that it's "all-in", in this spot, is masking the fact that it's actually a pretty small raise.
So against you I just need to jam to make you fold every time?
@@jamesevans2507 yeah lol. Until I got you. Then you’re done.
I mean - is there a world where he is ever calling anyway?
