There is one problem with 16:55 onward: in Dan. 9:25 "the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times" appears only after 62 weeks, so it has to refer whether to only 62 or to 7+62 weeks, but we cannot say that it refers to 7 weeks only... or I don't get it... and especially "unto the Messiah the Prince" is most near to 7 weeks... So, there is a problem with this kind of distribution... I would be happy to hear a better explanation of 7+62...

I believe Jesus fulfileled the 70th week, but curious how you've come up with year 12 for the beginning of Tiberius Caesar's reign, looking online almost all sources say year 14.
