Now we are in Split...amazing amazing and exploring all we can get..yesterday 19th September we went to City tour, Klis Firtress and Salona ...Today 20th september we went to Plitvice...looks like a paradise...wonderfull...tomorrow we will to Blue Lagoon and 3 Island

    I've always wanted to visit Croatia, and as a fan of GoT I definitely want to visit and see the filming locations. Love the secret passage to the cliffs down to the bars. Thanks for all of the great information nd the tour around the city!!

      Thank you. Yes GoT Tours are extremely popular. I remember couple of years ago, you had to book them weeks in advance. Hopefully next year everything will be back on track to good old days, once pandemic is behind us.

    Awesome video! The map shots and explanation of the main street is exactly what I needed to help plan my visit and to figure out where to book accommodation. I'm planning approx. May 7thm 2023 for 6 nights in Dubrovnik before heading to Korcula, Hvar and Split. I prefer cooler temps for walking lots, (22-25 degrees) and not too crowded. Would this be too early in May?

      Nope. Dalmatia in May doesn't have cold days. It might get to 30 C and it might have rain but mid spring temperature is usually perfect for walking around (lower-mid 20's). My favorite part of the year.

    Thank you for this very informative video. We just arrived in Dubrovnik and will defo check out all your recommendations. BTW, what can u recommend to see outside Dubrovnik? We have a car so anywhere worth going within an hour drive ? Our car doesn’t go to Bosnia though.

      Thanks. So nice to hear that. If your car can go to Monte Negro go south to Kotor. Drive around the entire bayof Kotor and visit Kotor town as it is really spectacular.

    Excellent video! We are visiting Croatia on a VBT tour at the end of September 2022 and staying in Dubrovnik at the end of the cruise Oct 10-12th The weather looks to be colder - have you visited Dubrovnik at this time? I am curious if there will be any seasonal closures we should note.

      Thanks. The heat will be gone, but it should still be nice and warm, maybe even warm enough for a dip in the sea. All attractions should still be open. I wish you a great trip.

      At the moment Air Bnb has by far the best deals in Dubrovnik. There is a long tradition of people renting apartments to tourists so there are many great options. If budget is not a problem I would advice either Hilton Hotel or Hotel Excelsior, they are in the best location.

      The best time of the year to visit is June and September. Not to hot and not to many tourists.

    This town was called Ragusa until the second world war and was part of the Kingdom of Dalmazia, part of Austria

      I film most of the time outside on the sun. If I want to have my face properly lit I have to stare directly at the sun and that is why I have to wear sun glasses. If you look my videos that are filmed in the studio you will see that I am not wearing sun glasses.
