Well, according to her press conference, min hee jin joined hybe at bighit ent to form a new girl group with collaboration with source music . At source music , only trainee she found suitable for the group she wanted to make was minji. So, source music held auditions for this new min hee jin group where they found other members of newjeans. Newjeans was to be the first girl group to debut under hybe. Then , somewhere around in 2021 ,former i*zwon members, who already had fan base sakura and chaewon joined hybe. And Bang si hyuk wanted to form a group around them, as he had (according to mhj press conference) plans of 'crushing' aespa . And of course a group with already two famous members had more probability to do well than a brand new group. But , according to mhj she didn't want to discard newjeans, as members had worked very hard for debut and their parents were worried too. So, as a solution hybe subsidiary ador was formed, mhj was a paid ceo then (and i assume, no shares then) .Min hee jin claims to have paid the training costs of members to source music .Lesserafim debuted first and got the promotion as first gg ubder the label. According to mhj since then Bang si hyuk and hybe sabotaged her. They didn't let her promote newjeans before debut, hence the sudden debut. When , Newjeans entered billboard charts with omg , much before lesserafim's easy she was sent sarcastic message "are you enjoying this ?" by bang si hyuk. Mhj claimed that new jeans was never promoted as much as their labelmates. And she continuously faced workplace bullying.
Then, illit was formed under be:lift lab which is a joint venture between bighit and cjenm , enhypen is also under them.Which mhj claimed copied her formula (in an interview, she stated that it's not y2k style she is talking about, it's her formula, her interpretation of 2000's y2k, they blatantly copied that too under the same label). Hybe trying to end the existence of newjeans by debuting a group with almost same concept in the parent company.She claimed that illit 's choreography is too similar to newjeans. When, she raised these questions inside the company, they tried to accuse her of usurping management rights when it's damn clear to anyone that no one can do it with only 20%in shares. They have been media playing by accusing her of statements she never made ,like bts, tws ,riize copied her and things she had nothing to do with like shaman, making her into a weird person so that nobody believes her as she already doesn't have that good of image whereas she is just trying to get justice for new jeans.
Sorry for the long comment, but it was a long conference.Well no side is flawless, but sentiments of korean netizens are right now with mhj as she seems like every other korean office worker who is victim of office politics.She worked hard made new jeans work , bang si hyuk got inferiority complex, created illit , when worker raised voice accused her of usurping and now trying to kick her out.Just another big corporate vs individual drama.

she’s basically saying the reason she started ador was because Hybe ceo and Source ceo Broke her promise to her. They said that they would prioritize NewJeans debut then at the last minute they said they wanted her to take credit for Leseraffim even though thats not her group. She claims they wanted to use her name for publicity to promote lesserafim and put newjeans on the backburner.
She claims that NewJeans parents were very distraught by this and she couldn’t turn her back on them or newjeans at the time so she made ador in order to keep her promise to debut them.
She claims hybe’s trying to kill new jeans and her label ador because of a jnternal report she filed about illit plagiarizing new jeans .
Then how about the contents that hybe publish? In that content there is a conversation that the saman said that she was trying to send BTS to the military?

She just asked the opinion of her acquaintance who happens to be a shaman whether BTS goes army or not. She didn’t ask the shaman to curse bts or whatsoever. She just purely asked the opinion of shaman. As non-korean’s point of view, it might seem really strange that CEO of a company ask shaman’s opinion, but there are many CEOs visiting shamans before making important decisions for the company. It’s not just MHJ.

The fact that most koreans support min hee jin after this conference speaks volume about how much media play hybe has been involved in behind the scene to convert public's opinion against her. The fact that most non-korean comments speak badly about min hee jin and only focuses on "shaman" (which consulting a shaman is actually common among ceos and can be a fun/casual thing in sk) speaks volume about the lack of context other kpop sites have about this interview. I feel bad for her. Good luck to her, newjeans, and any other hardworkers working in corporate who have seen how unfair employers can be to those working under them. Her frustrations are somehow relatable to people working in Management who are in the frontlines working their ass off but somehow are not part of the decision making or who have weak connections to the decision makers i.e. Board of Directors. The feeling is akin to someone who is doing most of the work but those who are favored, or whose work requires little effort but are smooth talkers gets more compensation and priority attention. When she mentioned those who are playing golf, sadly, it is a privilege of those with the capital, their instrument and those who suck up to their demands.

Not fully support MHJ but Hybe is definitely not a good thing. Collaborating with talented and experienced producers, let them create a label, after success, copy and damage the label. Hybe is such a scam
Hybe is considered the main shareholder 80% or financier of Ador. Without Hybe's financial support, creative freedom and namesake, I doubt any group managed by Ador/MHJ would be so successful as NJ. She was already fed with a golden spoon when she joined Hybe as CEO of Ador (employee of Hybe) and even received 18% shareholding. I think she was getting too ambitious and power hunger. Hybe won't just audit Ador and question her if there are no evidence of foul play.
Anyway, this situation is still ongoing. Perhaps the pot is calling the kettle black afterall.

Although the content is not fully exposed, about 5% of MHJ’s stock shares cannot be sale even MHJ want to leave Hybe. Most of the non-compete clause would include an expire date, which the contract holder will be free after that, but there’s no termination between MHJ and Hybe, (3) MHJ at that time had no money to fully buy the stock of ADOR. according to k-netizen with financial background, Bang lend MHJ the money for the stock transfer, but in a relatively high price (which should be in a lower price usually)

Had HYBE thought for NJ's sake, they would have resolved the issue internally rather than attacking MHJ with full force in the press just days before NJ's comeback. They didn't even let her explain her motive but immediately accused her of pursuing an unimaginable scheme and forced her to resign so they could take over the golden goose, as this goose is inseparable from MHJ; or even worse, to drag this goose to hell with MHJ since they have had another mini goose. They even dragged their top group into this mud to make sure the most feisty fandom would hunt her down. What a low blow!

I kind of believe her, because similar situation I have seen previously in the corporate office where I worked, how much dirty play they can do.
I don’t trust hybe at all not one bit or bang, especially when you get these high corporate companies who are ready to get rid of the little man/woman
translation: mhj is not saying that nj is hers or anything or she is threatening hybe by leaving or exposing any thing and all.
what she’s saying is that when she wanted to form a group she realised that bsh was one she could turned to and seemed sincere about working with her.
then bsh told her that hybe needed a new gg asap. so while mhj was casting members for nj, and making plans for nj and all, bsh sudd cut in and said to debut lsfm instead.
she felt wronged as she was there throughout the whole casting process for nj and was never told about lsfm debut. bsh insisted on debuting lsfm before nj also.
the tough part came in because 2 of nj members were really popular and was constantly being casted by other companies. so mhj felt the rush to debut them until bsh started saying that he wanted lsfm to debut instead.
on top of this, nj’s parents were informed that nj were going to debut and all and she had to deal with talking with their parents and all.
the person that she was constantly texting was someone whom she taught she could rely and trust because they got along well. but this guy also did the same thing as bsh, just kinda walked all over her.
she was worried that because bts is serving army, their hiatus might cause hybe to lose their popularity. so it made her feel even more rushed.
then now with ill’it debut, she realise that bsh is just using her. since nj was doing so well with their current concept, bsh just decided to follow suit. she couldnt take it anymore so she decided to sue hybe.
mhj said she never wanted to take anything from the company or anything, it wasnt about the money and stuff. it was really about hybe and nth but hybe.

Conference Wrap Up:
1. It is not ture that Min took all the money and traniees from source music when making new jeans. When recruting new jeans, hybe and bang said that since bang is not confident in making girl groups, he would like to use min’s excellent producing skills + hybe’s money to make the next girl group
2.When recruting new jeans members as the next hybe girl group (with min’s producing )bang and jiwon(other ceo i guess?) suddenly changed their plans without discussing with min to make lesserafim. In this process hybe forced to new jeans members (who thought they were the next hybe girl group) to go to source music. *in this process haein’s mother said that if it was source music they wouldn’t come to the company, she was actually considering other love calls she had from other companies* + when min asked how should i tell this to new jean’s parents that they are not going to be the next hybe girl group but source music-> hybe said that’s non of your business but it’s source music’s job
3. When Bang brought in Min he was nice and said that he was a great success fan to have her but after new jeans became popular Bang became jealous and never congradualted new jeans or to min about her sucesss.
4. When New jeans got into billboard, Bang sent a kakao message to Min saying “Are you having fun?” out of no where and Min replied “What do you mean?” -> translating to korean we can clearly see the language Bang used was not directly trying to say are you having fun but trying to be mean to Min about her success (i think Bang was expecting Lesserafim to be more sucessful)
5. As a fact Hybe forced Min to not do any PR before LEssarafim debuted and Min was pissed about this.
6. It is not true that she tried to take over management rights. (Min Hee-jin's position)
7. Min said she is innocent and she is not like those men in the board members who are going to bars and playing golf. she’s jsut an employee who worked hard and just spoke up about things that she didn’t agree with. However due to her going against Hybe and the board members + having to succeed new jeans over the main company’s new girl group made their relationship further away and their jealously to grow.
8. She loves new jeans like a family and new jeans members and family were worried about her through the days. Even Haerin who is very shy facetimed her because she was very concerned and other members were crying because they were worried min might commit sucicde.
+ she mentioned that she was in a slave sharehold's agreement contractwith hybe. (meaning it was a not fair contract even with her 18 percent sharehold she couldn't do anything with it- she added that she cannot say further about the contract details due to the contract security regulations)
Moreover, she (and her attorneys) were in the process of a new shareholders agreement (stockholder's agreement)
therefore she was not aiming for management rights in the process.
Thank you summarising these main points. MHJ is being treated so unfairly.

It basically boils down to BSH and upper management wanting to discredit MHJ because she made NJ successful and wanting the same for themselves with debuting ILLIT.

Whoa.. now it makes sense why NJ’s debut didn’t come with heavy marketing. They literally debuted without any pre-hype, promotions, or trailers. So the reason for that was HYBE wanting to prioritize LE SSERAFIM.. I do think MHJ and the ADOR team gave it their all to get NJ debuting, and their efforts and NJ members’ talent really proved themselves to the public. It’s saddening that NJ is treated as the overachieving step daughters to the parent company because of politics.
It is very clear that HYBE was intentionally hurting NJ’s comeback by releasing a highly similar group a month prior, using the same concept and styling, most visibly, the same dance moves and a section of the melody from Cool with You. Companies wouldn’t do this to “assets” they cherish. It was clear that HYBE didn’t mind NJ losing marketshare.
The frustration ADOR has with HYBE has been mounting since day 1 it seems like. I understand why MHJ is fighting back this hard. NJ has no fault in this. It’s the leadership team at the company. Hope NJ and all of the people working their butts off for the NJ brand get to come out of this mess unharmed. Flower roads for them. 🌸

The first thing you said with the lack of marketing even no marketing does make a lot of sense after watching this and reading your comment. Tho im also confused since it was "revealed" that Hyein wanted their debut to get released without any promotions so their success as a group gets bigger which indeed turned out this way. 1. It is not ture that Min took all the money and traniees from source music when making new jeans. When recruting new jeans, hybe and bang said that since bang is not confident in making girl groups, he would like to use min’s excellent producing skills + hybe’s money to make the next girl group
2.When recruting new jeans members as the next hybe girl group (with min’s producing) bang and jiwon(other ceo i guess?) suddenly changed their plans without discussing with min to make lesserafim.
