Rich in sweetly refined melodies, performed by a superb ensemble of instruments rhythmically attuned to each other. Easy listening that soothes, inspires poetry, paints images of civilized relationships among people. (That's isogesis, reading into the music, which I'm glad to do tonight.) Thanks, UA-cam, for this platform, and thanks, "Kuhlau Dilfeng2" for your success in uploading this for all of us to enjoy.
Okay, I am in a mood tonight. So tired of hearing about trump.... Madness abounds, I suppose. Anyway, firstly, I am not fond of harpsichord music... So I am glad there are no harpsichords in this lovely septet. Second, to succumb entirely to grumpiosity, I cannot help but wonder what has become of the pristine, bucolic stream and countryside depicted in the painting? I imagine it is a paved over to make way for civilization, plasticized, homogenized..... Ahhhh, I am starting to relax now, sorry for this horrendous display of emotional immaturity...
Maravillosa creación !!!
Really love this, thank you!
