- This video of Nazia Hasana also features her young sister in a red dress.
Nazia Hasan along with brother Zohaib Hasan topped the charts from early 80's all the way to late 80's not only in Pakistan but also in India. Thus became the 1st pop artists in the subcontinent with fans on the both sides of the border.
Call it Nazia's mesmerizing personality with her voice or Zohaib's brilliancy on music, both of them created 1 hit after another & rocked the entire subcontinent.
Nazia & Zohaib released their last album Camera Camera in early 90's. After that Nazia went on with her personal life. But that didn't turned out a good 1 & she suffered both mentally & physically.
Nazia Hasan passed away in 2000. With so many female singers in Pakistan today, no one & I mean NO ONE can or will replace Nazia Hasan. To millions of fans, she is still & will always be the Queen of Pop.

I am from india. We miss her so much. 1st time,I listened this song in Khawaja Farid College in 2013.

I remember I was around 8 years old my sisters used to listen to this song on ptv channel with sooo much excitement 🤩🤩🥰. In Pakistan 🇵🇰 we’re from Afghanistan 🇦🇫. Now I live in Canada 🇨🇦 sisters married with children’s I’m 33 they are in late 40 s parents are late this is life 😢. Best to enjoy 😉 right now moment because we ll miss these days in future

She was born in 1965 and came to music very early. I listened her first song when I was a school boy. I was born in 1973. It is eight years difference but considering the fact of teenage or schools days sensation, it's huge difference. I hope you'll back out what you say.

@@laibanasir3498 Nazia Hassan is from Karachi City and her grand parents migrated from India. The family's mother tongue is Urdu . Nazia Hassan is not from Punjabi origin. All of her family members are Urdu speaking community.

Having said that, Pakistani Punjabi is a very sweet language just like Urdu and there are many common and similar words in both the languages to cherish. Where as Indian Punjabi is a bit rough dialect which has Gurmukhi script and a bit hard to understand as well.
