This weapon banner is even worse than current one which at least gives you top physical claymore or crit catalyst, i personally will pull for Kokomi C1 cause it’s the only early cons worth it.
Its one of the easiest skips i have encoutered in genshin. The only charaters you actually really want are Kokomi and Maybe Rosaria, but overall , you just want Kokomi. I dont see many reasons to pull Wandere over Xiao. To make Anemo dps fully functional you need to build team around them, possibly with benet... That makes it. Just wait for reruns and new charaters.
