This song is beautiful. Fun fact, this band is from the same town I grew up in. The park they are in the thumbnail is where I spent a lot of my childhood with friends and family. I'm so glad this band was so close to my home.
So I was digging out my old 90's emo stuff and started jamming to some Sunny Day Real Estate. Eventually I ended up here. These guys are cool! First time I've heard them. Kind of refreshing to hear real emo being posted in in the 2010's. Going back onto my iPod for my walks to class...
the first millisecond of this song is enough to make the hairs stand on the back of your neck... no other band comes close to achieving this level of beautiful melancholy
This band has always bought me such a great level of comfort during the worst times of my life. I just want there to be some evidence of that. When I was feeling lost, empire! empire! held me together. Thanks Keith
Dude I know your comment is old as shit but I forgot the name of Park Jefferson and I've been searching through playlist on UA-cam looking for the album cover. Saw your comment and it all just clicked and I knew it was it.
@@MUSH6446 Hell yeah dude I'm glad I could help. I dont listen to as much emo stuff as I did a decade ago but i'd be happy to go through my stuff and find anything more for you. Park Jefferson is one of my all time favorites. Theres nothing better than finding old forgotten music that we once cherished.
@crassisdead I think he meant this song is so good that he wasn't paying attention to the earthquake that was happening at the time he was watching/listening to this song.
@xSomeOneYouKnew lol im really late on the comment i know so chances are you already found a bunch but for what its worth, check out american football, joie de virve, castevet ect..
