That is a terrific idea Chocolate and Brie or chocolate and cheese sandwich. You could make different combinations change the type bread, chocolate and cheese I would recommend Swiss or Belgium chocolate which is much less sweeter than American. The combination is endless and it’s unique to the person making it. I would try Rye bread, Lindt “Swiss” chocolate with old provolone. Next time try a new combo. The grill adds a great touch. Actually pickles on a BBQ pizza make the pizza way better. Also, it's so much easier to de-rind your brie when frozen. It doesn't take long at all after your done to thaw and slice. You end up wasting far less good brie this way.I'd love to dip this in some raspberry preserves
