Hi top class my suggestion would be, put the verandah at the front of your daughter room and where the verandah is now you could bring the other room to the front edge and give your daughter that room and you would have the verandah off your bed room

Just need 1 shared bathroom, two bedrooms & a little passage leading to the stairway. A nice balcony or aerial porch can be placed on top of the garage later. Just map it out properly on paper. Bless. #PROGRESS 🎉

I pray with all my heart that you guys come up with the money that you do not have to put a hold on the building, at least for too long. Just asking, did they fill the block pockets, especially on the outside walls? As it is upstairs, the outer walls need to be extra strong to withhold any strong winds.🙏🙏🙏

The little area beside the stairs way on either sides can be a little living room with a coach and TV, nothing big.
My dear sister, I am grateful for God' s grace, mercy and wisdom. I appreciate you taking some of the advise... having two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. I think downstairs is good enough ( for now) . Later-on you may want to add a wash and storeroom at the back where I think you had plan to put Ariana's room.
