I’m loving it too- but I also enjoyed the whole “teasing/testing”phase of the show- although mostly because as the audience we were aware that they both liked each other- if we had been left in the dark about Neau’s feelings I don’t think I would have enjoyed it so much! I kind of hope we don’t lose that teasing/tension filled part completly!- there was such good chemistry between the actors in those pars!- I mean the BUTTERFLIES I felt!🥰🥰🥰

I just realized why this show has a soft spot in my heart and why i may have grown attached to it 🤧 the overall experience I had with SCOY coincidentally has similarities to what i had with my most fave BL ever, Gameboys from the PH 😩💖 Experienced a rollercoaster of emotions in watching both albeit for different reasons. Both SCOY and GB are also backed by a relatively unknown independent company but managed to deliver a top-quality production (all displayed in the directing, script, editing and camera movement) for its first offering. Both also casted (again, relatively unknown) v. good and talented actors who understood their roles completely and portrayed them to a T. They're also the same in how their followup prod was set to be a GL (the first legit one of its kind in their respective countries if im not mistaken, Pearl Next Door anyone? 😉) I feel also both has been a labor of love for the entire cast and production team behind it and it absolutely shows in their output ❤️ Anyways i already adore both so much and now i personally love SCOY even more now bc of these parallels 🤧😩

I just realized why this show has a soft spot in my heart and why i may have grown attached to it 🤧 the overall experience I had with SCOY coincidentally has similarities to what i had with my most fave BL ever, Gameboys from the PH 😩💖 Experienced a rollercoaster of emotions in watching both albeit for different reasons.
Both SCOY and GB are also backed by a relatively unknown independent company but managed to deliver a top-quality production (all displayed in the directing, script, editing and camera movement) for its first offering. Both also casted (again, relatively unknown) v. good and talented actors who understood their roles completely and portrayed them to a T. They're also the same in how their followup prod was set to be a GL (the first legit one of its kind in their respective countries if im not mistaken, Pearl Next Door anyone? 😉)
I feel also both has been a labor of love for the entire cast and production team behind it and it absolutely shows in their output ❤️ Anyways i already adore both so much and now i personally love SCOY even more now bc of these parallels 🤧😩

So he came up with a new one “Red” because he remembered a random phone call he got when he was waiting for Nuea to call him and set things up for Toh to be the photographer at Nuea’s little sister’s birthday. The random phone call a stranger asked Toh what color underwear he was wearing and how it might have been red. I don’t know if that makes sense. I’m not great at explaining lol.
