Obviously then he became Emperor but her stance never changed, she supported him 100% to get to where he did, in history she gave him 5 sons and 5 daughters so no need to worry about heirs etc. But he got greedy and slept with someone else and broke their solemn vows, now should she have killed her, no in my opinion, she should have banished her. And if I was her she should have punished him by not supporting him anymore, but she couldn’t do that she was an Empress who had to out the interests of her country before herself, and for the most part she was very selfless.
