Part II point 10 India does have the treaty signed - Refer ur own shutterstock TAX form video where it is correctly done.
" The beneficial owner is claiming the provisions of article and paragraph 12(2) of the treaty identified on line 9 above to claim a 15% rate of withholding on (specify type of income): image and other content "

Difference is which country you stay in lol. Google it if your country has treaty with USA. Then you can select the form accordingly
For UK residents I just entered my NIN in the Foreign TIN section and it got approved. Hope that helps. :)

In the last column, we do not need to enter anything, this column is for situation where the form is signed by someone else other than than you. Entering date is not required there, it is auto populated in the column just above.

Actually the places which you told to skip have a star mark and is mandatory now. So, today we need to enter and not skip. Things have changed now.

Hello, Doc! I’m confused as you chose the second option which says that’s for if your country has a treaty with USA, but when you went to fill in the tax form you said that India has no treaty with USA? So... I don’t know if I did it correctly as I come from Serbia which definitely has no treaty with USA and I filled it up same as you did, I skipped that tax deduction part.
Yes. For Serbia u can skip that tax deduction part. No issue. In your case filling up the form is just a formality. 😁
Tax deduction calculation will not be done. And 30% deductions will be done at the source for US based sales.

Bank account has nothing to do with adobestock. Adobe won't pay to your bank. It will pay via PayPal or Payoneer. You have to edit those account information

They are on sale. But they are competing against millions of images so dont expect sale to happen soon..infact There maybe 20 reasons why your files are not selling. Now I don't know what photos you have uploaded..so take a look at this detailed analysis video...

It is what as you wrote. Foreign tax id number which you need to obtain from income tax department if you wish to earn online.

U don't have to pay it. Its auto deducted. U just fill the form and forget. And u r paying tax to India by default as its credited to your bank as a part of your annual white income. 😊😊

Correct me if i'm wrong, but at 5:53, where you added the date of birth, i think that field is meant for "Capacity in which you're acting, if not signed by beneficial owner".
Yeah it seems so the date is on top and the capacity column is below that. So there's a parallax error.. thanks for pointing it out. 😁
For the later, the capacity in which you are acting should be left blank.
