I loved the colorful modeling paste stripes. I'd have to say the teen years were the most challenging for me stress wise - they may be easier physically to care for, but different challenges emotionally. You are blessed when they become your adult friends!
Once they come into this world never the same always something, now grandchildren are here such joy take a moment for your self when you can as everyone said it goes by so fast.
😍 this Adele! The hardest for me has been each time my influence over Brayden lessens...as a little one they are so influenced by us...then they go to daycare/preschool/kinder and your influence on them reduces and keeps reducing as they begin to make new friends, learn more and experience the world. Don’t think there has been any age harder then the other...however the teenage attitude is challenging! Make the most of everyday because as that influence lessens their reliance on you becomes less and before we know it they have moved out and have their own life xx
Having babies / toddlers are the best times. I thought it was hard back then but having 2 teenagers (19 & 17) I now know it gets harder. Life is just different and has new challenges. Enjoy your babies.
I did certainly enjoy this wonderfully plonky video! Fun to see unicorns, pineapples and pawprints all together like that. Good idea! Re your question about when you'll get a moment to stitch etc, when they're in sports or activities, you can bring handwork with you. Next phase will be when they're teens and out and you're home with Aaron. In the meantime, enjoy the special cuddles of wee ones. Enjoy all the moments at all the times. 😊
Loved both my son and daughter all through their teens into 20s. Challenge for son-once he got a serious girlfriend-age15. Daughters emotional roller coaster kept us going all through the teenage years. I’m extremely close to both my children and am so proud of the adults they have become. Enjoy EVERY minute!!
I’m a grandma now...4 grown children number 8 grandchild on the way and I was going to say exactly what you said 1.5-2 years is the hardest hands down. They are just becoming independent without any fear or sense. I tell my kids, (the children’s parents) this will pass and you’ll wonder how you survived but you will. My favorite age is now. I love hanging with my adult kids they are actually really nice people and I wonder who their parents were cuz I know them pretty well so I’m surprised they turned out ok 😂😂🤣 btw love your layout I used your get rid of your thicker idea several time. So satisfying to throw away a used up sticker sheet.
Ok so first of all I freakin love this layout!! This is the best stickin’ & plunkin’ you’ve ever done 😂🤣😂 I think the best age is 5/6 they are learning so much & can do a lot of stuff independently, & they usually love to help lol. It’s so funny you mentioned gossip girl because I just finished binge watching it for the 3rd time & I’m almost 50 😉 ( teaching her how to drive & her being away at college has been the most stressful )
Love this layout. I too like to stick and plunk too, very stress free. As for the free time as a parent probably when they can start to take care of themselves. So around teenager age but they still need some guidance, like make sure they eat meals and not just snacks.
Love this layout! I have a huge stash to use up and love this idea. As far as kids, I have twins that are almost 6 and so far, 3 1/2-5 have been the hardest. I actually really didn’t mind the toddler years, but I think that having a built in playmate helped curb some of the mischief because they kept each other busy. The 3s and 4s came with a lot of not listening . I feel like things have steadily improved this year since they’ve started kindergarten. To help get my own crafting in, I bring small stitching projects or things for fussy cutting when I’m sitting at dance or sports practices- they’re still too small to be dropped off so I need to sit there.
Having adult children is still stressful - because moms worry about them even then. But if I had to go back to the most stressful...infant to toddler years were difficult - one of my children was extremely ill as a baby. And then those last steps as a teenager to adult...when they are stretching their wings and pushing back...pretty rough. But enjoy the time - because it will be gone in a flash. Love the layout.
All of the years are challenging! But for all different reasons. Have a 12 yo right now and she is a eye rolling attitude queen. Lol Miss the toddler/baby years! Didn’t feel like I would miss them during a lot of it though!
Love this page. My two kids are now 24 and 21. Even though you never stop worrying I think for my daughter in particular the teenage years where the hardest.
I love this - this is so fun! I can imagine showing this to your little girl when she’s older and pointing out ALL the things..she’ll really like doing that! In my opinion, the hardest age to parent is 12 to15 - SO much angst, SO much drama! Once your child can be left to her own devices, i.e. at a friend’s house is THE BEST, or doing homework or entertaining herself in some way, then your time for crafting will be your own again. Until then, you’ll just have to grab the moments for crafting when you can... And I too am perplexed by icon stickers like llamas, bicycles, typewriters, etc.! This is a brilliant way to use them...thank you!
I’m glad you liked it! ❤️ Yes Arch is very dependent on constant interaction with us, I think this is heightened as he is the only grandchild and doesn’t have cousins or older siblings to play with. He’s slowly starting to get better with playing independently for a few minutes here and there. It will be so interesting to see how he is in a years time when Violet is a bit older! Oh the early teen age is definitely a tricky one!! Especially now with social media and phones added to the mix!
I am a teacher and a mum and I think that the age when kids get "easy" unfortunately does not exist. What was once hard is now easy and what were non issues are now hard. Enjoy the ride!
When they’re older/grown up - you get a break which is good but you stop being able to make them happy which is tough - in other words it doesn’t really gets less stressful - sorry - just enjoy as much as possible and stress as little as possible 🤗
Oh DEL love, I’m the mom of 4 beautiful kids, ages 10, 9, 8,&7........I’m still exhausted,! I think once they become self sufficient enough to bathe and make a simple befit, is when you get a bit of rest..... However, oddly enough you miss when they needed you a bit more....It’s crazy! Love the LO
This looks like it was so satisfying to make. I love how it turned out. I think that the teenage years are the hardest, but a lot of fun too. Enjoy every minute! It goes so fast. ☺
Such a great layout! Most stressful time was probably teenage years 15-17 however I could also get time to myself then as they could be left to their own devices quite safely!
Great layout, love it💕 I think children 3 to14 is some of the best times with your children, they grow up way to fast. Teaching them to drive very. Stressful 😲
I remember when my dad tried to teach me to drive and that didn’t quite work out well!! 😂 Luckily I got my licence a little later so Aaron could teach me a few years on hehe. My fav age at school to teach was 5 year olds, I can’t wait til Arch is 5/6 and wants to explore his world!
I fell in love with that layout!!! OMG, already scraplifted it once, but i'm totally inspired to do more! Thank you so much for the creativity jumpstart you gave me with this :D
I look forward to trying your technique. The most difficult ages are high school. The age of the highest rates of incarceration is 14. Of course it depends on your kids but it can be a rough time. My 3 are all in their late 20s. They are terrific!
Hi Love love love your channel❤️💙 I was wondering what two sided tape roll you use. I like how easily it rips. I have to cut mine and just adds to much time.
It can all be stressful. The issues just change. Little kids, little problems. Big kids, big problems. My heart has been far more broken by the issues my kids have faced as they have gotten older. But, I do have a lot more time to focus on my projects.
I have a unique experience... I took over guardianship of my nephew when he was 4 years old. (He is 100% my son in ever shape now .... ) so when I delivered for the first time I had the panics of a new mom with odd moments of being a mom already. The first 3 months were a lot. I had a newborn but also a 6 year old to raise. However based on my mom - there are 5 of us , all girls - for her she has said over and over again teenagers are the worse. Lol so who knows !
My eldest daughter is expecting our first grandchild and is almost 28, and I can't help but worry; my daughter of 25 hasn't managed to find a good job since graduating almost 2 years ago and my son, who has epilepsy has been told today that his medical condition will cause him to probably lose his job. Tough times. It was so much easier when they were small, they just loved us unconditionally. My daughter even told me that she felt her childhood was totally blessed. (But not the teens 😡)!
My second child has been a handful since the day he was born! And he's three now. Lol My oldest who is almost 15 hardly gave me any trouble at all when he was younger But he's a teenager now. 😑🙂
I have four children, age 33, 23, 20, and 10. Each child is different. When my oldest was between the ages of 12 and 16 were the hardest, my middle two were fine, and my ten year old worries me with the future years coming up. But now that I have 3 grown children living out on their own, I seem to be so worried the most about them right now.
I am not a mother or grandmother but I do know many in the family and we all agree that baby/toddler age is the most stressful, and 16 to 18 the most frustrating as they begin to leave the nest.
Challenging age range....11-16 ish. I’ve got 5, they’re amazing! My youngest is 16, my eldest 24. The hardest stage for me is when they decide that adults are boring and they want nothing to do us 😔 Trying to find something they ALL want to do just to engage with them can be soul destroying!
I think boys and girls are different. For the boys the last couple years have been more of a struggle (7-9yrs) but for my girls it has to be the teen years!!
Four can be a fun age. Did you ever see The Secret Life of 4yr Olds when it was on tv? They are learning to lie, they have a split personality between 'don't go to the toilet, ever, I need you!!' and 'how dare you touch my spoon/toothbrush! I can do it myself!!', and the best bit? Kindy! Sending them off to learn other kids bad habits 3 days a week. Honestly though, kindy! Freedom for 3 days a week ;) You will never stop worrying about your kids but set them up to be independent young people not clingy, entitled little monsters and you'll do ok. Mine lone child just turned 17 and even her teen years haven't been too tough so I must have got something right.
Most challenging age is when they are 12/13 (jr. high age) because they are going through so many changes and it's just a difficult time in their lives, so of course it is in your life too.
I completely understand! I’m so excited for Arch to start school in a few years, I think he’ll really love it and hopefully it will help calm him down a little lol!

Love to stick and plunk. 🙌

I hear you on the tricky icons! Food is always hardest for me because I don’t scrap food! 😂
I’m a grandma now...4 grown children number 8 grandchild on the way and I was going to say exactly what you said 1.5-2 years is the hardest hands down. Great job!! Loved how you just kept going with bits and bobs and how lovely it turned out. Thank you.
Love this layout. Great idea of how to use up the embellishments and stickers xx
Love this layout. I too like to stick and plunk too, very stress free. As for the free time as a parent probably when they can start to take care of themselves. So around teenager age but they still need some guidance, like make sure they eat meals and not just snacks.
What an epic LO!!!! Great idea to use leftover stickers/embellies for their colour, not for what they actually are!
Love this layout! I have a huge stash to use up and love this idea. As far as kids, I have twins that are almost 6 and so far, 3 1/2-5 have been the hardest. One of my favourite videos from your work!
Great idea. Love the colours used for the textured paint👍
I love it!! And I sign many things XOXO still lol
Please do more scrapbook process videos when you feel you're up to it. Thank you.
Most challenging is teenage years. But you can use hand stitching and working with cut files to work out the anxiety! ❤️
Having adult children is still stressful - because moms worry about them even then. My daughter is 31 now. The toughest year for us was 3. After that everything else was a piece of cake!
Thank you for showing this technique. I will definitely do it on my own project.👍👏😊
What a fabulous idea!
What a great idea. I love the way it turns out! ❤
I LOVE this! I’m thinking I want to do one of these as my opening page to my PL album this year with a family photo!!!

I loved gossip girl too hahaha
I really enjoyed this video. All that tone on to was very satisfying to watch 😜.
Love this what a great idea
Beautiful page!
Eeeeeep!!! Loooooove this!!!! The colors are 🔥🔥🔥!! And I do super duper love the color matching of the stickers and embellishments!! So cool!!
Love the layout!

Love it
I love this and want to scrap lift this idea, if its ok with you. What a great idea.
Love it! Stick and plonk is the best 😄
Great layout to watch on my first time back watching your channels, Adele! Just awesome.
Great layout, love it💕 I think children 3 to14 is some of the best times with your children, they grow up way to fast. Teaching them to drive very. Stressful 😲

Love it, fantastic idea using up all the random bits and pieces.
I love this layout. You made it look so easy! Def lifting this one
Abs brill way to use up stickers we don’t know what to do with. Love how it turned out 🤗💖✨✨✨✨
Hi
Love love love your channel❤️💙
I was wondering what two sided tape roll you use. I like how easily it rips. I have to cut mine and just adds to much time.

Newborn to 30 would be the most challenging, after that you can relax 😂
Irines Acosta Isn’t that the truth 😂
What’s the difference between this paste and gesso???? Which one is better?

1 to marriage, then the grandkids arrive... It's a good thing they are cute...lol
Yum..lol
I have 3 boys.....in 3 years. They’re now 16-14-13. 3 was our worst age! I swear.....it was nightmarish!
14-15years old oh my goodness I really don't know how we survived,
I found that life got a lot easier when my daughter started school full time, I think that’s why we decided to have another baby 👶
I completely understand! I’m so excited for Arch to start school in a few years, I think he’ll really love it and hopefully it will help calm him down a little lol!
17 years old 😒😱🤪
