The oldest is actually 14 not 16. The youngest is 11. They have been trained by JYP for 2 years already. I was looking forward to watching your reaction on this and it just happened today. Thank you! I really like this group, I believe they will have the bright future. ENOUGH is the best song of them so far, they already have 4 other songs before this debut. I personally accept them being performers at their young age but also think the vocals of the younger ones are not fully blended in with the elder ones’ rap in a harmony yet. However, I appreciate how JYP has trained them by watching the progression in the past year and also from some of the reality shows and news.
The oldest is 14 (the one you thought he was 16) and the youngest is 11 (The one who did the ;) ). So...yeap. They have 4 single pre-debut (How old r u, Can't stop, Jump Up and Hadz up) [but enough and HORU are my fav] so if you can react to those it would be great. Thank you for the reaction.

You could try pitching the song down using an audio editing programme to remove that factor so that you judge it based purely on the song! The Chinese market tends to have really young groups, TFBOYS are a really big Chinese group who started off really young! I don't know if they started the trend, because groups haven't really been a big thing in China until recently due to the influence of the K-pop trend - most C-pop is ballad soloists, just like the wider Korean public likes too. Mandarin Chinese is the largest and official language of Mainland China, Taiwan, and Singapore (people in Malaysia also speak it), but Cantonese is spoken in southern Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, and is an official language in Hong Kong and Macau. Cantonese has as many speakers around the world as Korean has, about 80 million! There are actually a lot of other Chinese languages too (China is almost as big as the whole of Europe, so you'd expect that it's unsurprising), but those are the 2 most well-known. Also, Serg looks good in that top! :-)

thank you for reacting to boystory!! 💖 it’s cool to see you guys react to cpop! it’s actually pretty normal for cpop to debut a group with very young members, tfboys is probably the most prominent example of that; it allows them to gain popularity while they’re young and transition to fame as a young adult easier. if you guys want to react to any more cpop in the future i highly recommend sing girls (sing stands for super impassioned net generation) who you can find by searching SING女團 ! their most well known song is jì míngyuè (寄明月) (send the moon) and it helped to boost their popularity, although they are unfortunately still largely underrated. i feel like you guys would enjoy them so it would be really cool if you reacted to them (:
