Initially I thought you had consented to join the show and join the act - so your audience can see you swinging from those acrobatic swings lol Good orientation to the place you were at. Certainly looked to have a variety of games and activities. Looked quite a fun environment. Seeing you play these machines with coins - wow - that style of playing can take a while but makes the experience last longer. I think I would prefer the manual inserting of coins in preference to inserting notes or credit notes. An enjoyable and entertaining video. Thank you for sharing.

Gambling in South Africa was banned until the 90s, but when I went to live in Swaziland in 1973, there was a big (for those days!) casino in Mbabane. It was very popular with South Africans, who packed the place out at weekends. Later, of course, Sol Kerzner built Sun City, which was the 1st "American style" casino. I lived 8km from there in the 90s, in what was Bophuthatswana. I was a daily visitor! 😉😊

Opryland was the best place. So much fun for my kids and I even enjoyed some of the rides. The Flume Zoom was the best though, especially on a hot day!

Really loved the tour of the Midway at Circus Circus. They remind me of my days playing at the various arcades in Atlantic City and Seaside Heights back in the 90s. Also love the Magnificent 7s machine action--nothing can ever replicate the sound of actual casino tokens splashing about from a win.
Too bad the Blackjack action at Circus Circus leaves much to be desired. If they would convert their Blackjack tables from 6:5 to 3:2, I would actually consider Blackjack there. Still a neat place though--just not for Blackjack. (I would play other pit games there though.)

Love those old coin/token machines, although one's fingers tended to get pretty dirty handling those tokens or coins. I don't care for the electronic versions that have no actual spinning reels and I won't play them, but I'm good with not having to handle coins or tokens anymore. Guess I'm just an old school type in that regard. I'm still not convinced that the machines "don't know" when a jackpot has been paid and don't switch over to "take it all back" mode right away. I've heard what all the slot mechanics say about how the RNGs work, but it sure doesn't seem that way when a big payout comes along. I love watching you and some of the other slot channels, as it vicariously lets me play along without having to drive nearly 200 miles (each way) to the closest "real" casino of any size. Thanks for that! Cheers.
Yes, I am not sure I believe the slot techs because they may not have the truth from the manufacturers. They are repeating their training, but very few people, and no slot techs, actually have any real knowledge of the software component. Neither do most gaming regulators. They can fix the hardware and access the software, but that’s about it. It’s akin to me being able to plug up all the chords in my computer and access windows when I log in lol.
It's crazy how they changed the denomination on the coin machines there! They used to be $1 machines with a jackpot of $1,000. They must've just recently changed it.
They have both. Mostly dollar, but a few of the high limit ones also

They used to have white cloth gloves to wear so your fingers wouldn’t be black and dirty! And packaged moist wipes to clean your hands!
