Hi, after making all these connections done & whole process followed, still sound not coming from Mivi Fort S100 soundbar. Additionally you are specifically saying to use HDMI ARC cable, but there is no such cable having ARC in its name, All cables are only HDMI. If possible then do give a comparison video if both HDMI and HDMI ARC are different as per you.

Sir, i had MI TV 5X, I'm using set- top- box with Hdmi cable and zebronics 9500 soundbar with Hdmi cable, my tv screen turns off 2 times after recognising E-ARC device and turns on itself. It's like screen blinking 2 times , what may be the reason for. Please give me reply it will be so helpfull
would suggest first turn ON the music system then TV.. if u turn on both devices together or music system later this problem will come

Try changing hdmi cable to high speed hdmi cable
Try connecting with Bluetooth
Try optical cable for connecting
These are the only possibilities for connecting that soundbar with our tv cause both are not so optimised for eachother

For those who cant get it to work after follow the steps from the video.
Here's additional steps to do.
Go to settings>device preference> sound> speaker (select s/PDIF), scroll down to digital output(select dolby digital)
I also insert the optical cable (and I'm not sure if requires of not, anyway i just leave it as it is)

1. Both TV n Sound system should have ARC option then only u can use it
2. If you connect correctly, TV will automatically detect HDMI connection no need to select HDMI input

There is no wall mount for any sound bar.. u only need to buy wall plugs/nylon sleeves and screws which u will get in local shop at rs10-20 Max to max

I have set up my Boat Avantebar 1198 with Mi tv. But when i switch on Tv, Setupbox and soundbar, to use soundbar i have to switch it on again from remote or button on right side of soundbar and then it shows "ARC connected to Device" message.
Is there any way i switch on all three and soundbar automatically connect without switch it on from remote ?

@@HAARSHHH No problem with Bluetooth when connected to mobile device, haven't tried it with my TV. When i ordered this soundbar, i also order Amazon HDMI ARC cable with it, because with only ARC cable you can control volume with TV/Setup box remote.

Use USB port for that
Xiaomi tv doesn't support dolby/5.1 audio on ARC. So if you connect 5.1 home theater through HDMI it will work as sterio only. If you connect an optical cable and choose output as SPDIF, Dolby comes in. So always buy an optical cable if u have 5.1 (Pls pin this comment)
