For G+2, which among TKE or Johnson is better? TKE is 70k more expensive than Johnson for SS model, and TKE is 1.30lakh expensive compared to DLSS(Galvanised) model of Johnson. OTIS Gen Prime 2 rate is similar to Johnson SS model

I can help you buy a proper lift.
Which would you recommend technically between Kone and Otis. Both Mrl for G+3. Because Otis is belt operated & Kone is wire rope....
Hi Mr.Paul,
Wire rope technology is the best one according to my experience.
If you've BELT driven lift, you can only get the AMCs from the brand only, for which they charge very high as the lift ages & you don't have other options as no other vendor will do AMC of a belt driven lift.
But if you go with ROPE driven, the AMC charges are less and local technicians could also give you service for the same.
Also BELT elongation is also a factor you should keep in mind.
If you want option to select, I would recommend take quotes from thyssekrupp and KONE if you decide to go with Rope driven lifts as I suggest ropes as well. Both are one of the top 3 brands in the world & both the brands are known for prominent product and reliable service.

For g +3 2 ppl lift.. How much electricity will it use.. If the usage is 10 15 times a day
Minimum 5 people lift you need to have according to IS Norms. For the said usage lift will consume 3 to 4 Units.

Ur video is quite informative. We live in a society with G+3 setting. But the problem is ground floorer and first floorer residents oppose to install a lift as they think they wl suffer from lack of ventilation and light. In that case I wish to install a lift as is in Malls where it may at least give good light to the residents. Pl suggest a good solution. We stay on 3rd floor. So we need it most.
