@@flamemdq It’s not really about Akuma; It’s that he is coming at some point soon and everyone’s waiting for him. And while everyone’s waiting and watching for notifications, they keep posting dumb 1-second videos about modern controls and punish counters. It’s a tone-def and aggravating move.
@@jc_alpha cry because marketing team uploads videos while waiting for a character for months means people don't give a damn actually and when came out they gonna feel empty in less then a month. The only thing that this complains achieve is making other players hate their own community

Akuma’s trailer is coming within the week, he’s gonna be playable in EVO Japan starting May 1 so we’re definitely getting a trailer before that point and if not then we’ll still be seeing raw gameplay at EVO Japan, so everyone just chill out we’re getting him very soon

Definitely everyone can agree that when Akuma will come out it's going to put street fighter 6 back on the map and will definitely beat out 2XKO and mortal Kombat 1 but not Tekken 8

@@JokeboxMachineLet me tell you something. They haven’t said an exact date. EVERYONE is asking for Akuma and getting trolled by Capcom. They are doing every character so slow. And this is what they come up with ANOTHER TUTORIAL almost 1 year that they game has been out. And they said that the character will release in spring and hey, springs soon over and summer is soon here. They got to release it soon.
@@LoweGaming they said when he'd be available to try (May 1st -6th). It only makes sense that he'll be revealed next week during EVO Japan Finals during the 27th of April.

They are complicating SF with so many things. Simplicity was the key for success in the most successful SF (Street Fighter II)
The fighting game genre has evolved a lot my good friend. If shooting games, rpgs, turned based can get new features and get more depth, why can't fighting games? Besides I wonder how successful it would be if street fighter 7 was a 2D pixel game with some new characters in it.

@@saulnores3477 Even then, Sf2 was hopelessly simplistic in gameplay and would die to time. All they did with the punish counter is take something that already existed, and made it more rewarding for players who can land them. Again of your favorite games outside of trad fighting games can evolve and augment in depth but street fighter should have stayed the same 🤨

@@saulnores3477 I think it's because of the novelty of fighting games in the 80s. By all mesures, street fighter 2 for as simple as I say it was, was absolutely revolutionary for it's time. Old heads that I know now that are super normies, played or knew someone who played street fighter 2
