So me and my sister have this headcanon that the reason Loona hates everyone and everything is that something bad happened in her life,She became this bad person,Adopted this persona and she's pushing everyone around her despite the fact they're actually concerned about her and they also CARE and she's the one pushing them away and not telling them what she went through but I personally think that Loona is a very sympathetic character and she still has a little bit of love and compassion in her and when her origins are revealed I reckon the IMP would sympathize with her and she'd change and I also think Moxxie and Millie would be like the BEST parent figures!
There is a way actually Blitzo can still adopt Loona at 17 and still know her at childhood; he could have worked before (before he was a clown) as an orphanarian caretaker.
