hi medical student here - chickpeas are a legume (ie bean) and they are healthy! really good source of carbs and protein. grains are also healthy - especially whole grains (bulgar, farro, quinoa, etc) but pasta can also be healthy, especially if its whole grain pasta and mixed with veggies : ) food is to be enjoyed

when you started talking about the dating stuff near the end i swear to you hannah i felt it I FEELLTTT ITTTT. its literally been going on and on in my head for ages since you know the whole online dating stuff have been fairly popular lately and i thought i was literally the only one in the world who wanted to have something ‘organic’ exactly like you said, you worded it PERFECTLY. honestly time to time it gets to me because it feels like im literally such an old-school romantic (i really dont mean it like “im not like other girls” just to clear myself up) hopelessly waiting for something to happen but literally i would probably eat my left leg rather than to meet someone in a dating site and meet up just to go through the whole “what are your hobbies😍” bullshit, acting like we give two fucks about each other when in reality literally %99 of the men in dating apps are looking for nothing serious other than the obvious. im just waffling at this point but when you started talking about it in the vid i literally wanted to get in the screen and hug you, you felt like a breath of fresh air hearing you put everything in my mind into words. anyway, MARVELOUS vlog as always, you are thriving and im so here for it!!!! love you lots🤎
