Is it ok to double bead seat a 19.5 tire? Even on 22.5s the machine strains alot when double bead seating. Please post another video on 19.5 and 22.5 alternate mounting!

Thank you for the question! Like all tires, the answer is sometimes. Ply ratings, wheel designs, and tire construction variables by manufacturer guide the applicability. Regardless, the process is the same for 22.5 or 19.5. Try yours and see. The worst that happens is a motor stall and you need to single bead.
Straining can be minimized by generous lubrication and not pressing very deep with roller...but it is a high torque process so some straining should be expected.
