What you said true madam, I share my experience in 2006 we took 60 sq yard plot in 1lac and house constructed in around 10 lacs now house cost 25 lacs (plot cost 15& house 10 considered ).
My relative uncle took 7 plots in 7 lacs now each 15lac so total more than 1core returns gained.
