Martha Zuniga, 1910-1997, Founder of Lupe's Restaurant in 1947 in Thousand Oaks is honored with a street naming near the restaurant on Thousand Oaks Blvd. Mayor Michael Markey and Councilmember Andrew P. Fox preside over the event with comments by honoree's daughters Barbara Ann Zuniga and Lupe Zuniga
