Tarleton State's "Foul Play" Pep Band...

Fans at the Ford Center in Evansville, Ind. might have done a double-take when they heard Tarleton State's "Foul Play" Pep Band playing what they thought was "On Wisconsin" - the fight song of Indiana University's Big Ten rival.
Well, yes and no, according to Dr. Gary Westbrook, TSU Director of Athletic Bands, and Sierra Sant, a member of "Foul Play."
