um i looked up is monoma brothers with toga and it said bakugous younger sister is himiko toga- so unless thier all three siblings then monoma is not togas brother-

Yeah there is no clarification that monoma nor bakugo are siblings with toga but we can confirm that toga atleast has a sibling (I haven’t read the books but I’ve heard from UA-cam)
It most likely isn’t bakugo because we’ve seen a lot about bakugos past but not Monomas plus monoma and toga have almost the same quirk they just work differently. So id be surprised if monoma and toga weren’t siblings
