I might be wrong but that 12 they gave Levi sure looked like a 10 to me that 1 shot McCarthy shot at the 14 which they gave him a 8 was just as close to the 14 as Levi’s shot at the 12
Hi from Scotland. I shoot field archery and bowhunter unlimited class, max five pins, no moving of the sight during a round. Is there a similar class in ASA?
I believe that is a piece of string material that is put in the center of the string when the peep sight is installed. Sliding it up and down the string lets them adjust the rotation of their peep.
Anyone else think it’s a little funny that the commentators keep say “good looking Levi “ before they say anything else 😂 bromance Good shooting boys !
To whom it may concern, I love archery and I love watching archery competition. As much as I want to like watching these 3D shoots I just can't get into them. These ASA videos really do a poor job at relaying to the viewer what is happening during the event. You get to watch one or 2 guys (Levi and some other guy) go through their draw cycle and shoot. In the worst instances you are watching a guy shooting behind an umbrella. What is up with that? This is followed by coverage of watching the judges pull arrows. Its just not that exciting. I think a lot of it is due to the format of the competition. When you compare this to something like the Lancaster open where competitors are facing off in a head-to-head competition it really lacks drama. In that format you get to watch every shoot leave the bow and see where it hit. (Just for reference...The 2020 Men's Pro Open finals has over 240K views). The ASA should consider a format change if that are really interested in growing the popularity of this type of competition. Perhaps reducing the shoot down field to 3 would allow for a better viewer experience while not extending the length of the video significantly. Thanks for your time.
Great shooters yes but a pro shouldn't have to have an umbrella blocking his wind you should be able to compensate. Just my opinion kick some butt Levi!
Just curious. If this was a couple of days ago. Why is there no social distancing? And I see no one wearing a mask either. This is why we can't slow covid-19.
These guys are amazing! I watch to get tips on shooting with a controlled shot process with a hinge.
I'm shooting in my first 3D competition on the 7th. I'm so excited..

Bowhunter class
These announcers need to just gut up and ask Levi out for a nice dinner, this sexual tension is crazy right now
these videos are more interesting if they don't put the image of who wins from the beginning
Do they use full tight bow
What’s with the little
Pc of fuzzy string in they’re bowstrings above the peeps

What’s up with the umbrellas?
"shoot it in the eyeball" LOL!
Love the vids, thanks for the fix 😉👍🏼
Why do they begin with scores? Sorry new to this.
They shot all weekend leading up to the shootoff. Top 5 scores in that class shoot the shootoff for rankings 1st through 5th.
In my hometown!
Who is the other announcer with PJ?
Darren Christianberry
Charles S thanks

They are saying good look at levi
Levi should have went for the eyeball. That would have been funny.
I’m the best umbrella holder ever if u guys need a pinch hitter.
Funny how levis shot was a 10 an they give him a 12 watch the video close

Shooting on a football field must make it way easier to judge distance...
if you look at the known pro shooters, these open pros are on a whole other level!

Cause no one cares
Dude - you're an idiot. People like you breeding is why we can't slow stupidity.
Probably because not everyone is a coward like you
