Southeast Stacker! That's awesome that you have a cancelled bill and stamp. Those are more valuable. In 1976 the design changed for the Bicentennial, and folks took the newly designed bill to the post office for a postal stamp and cancel stamp to commemorate the Bicentennial.
@@sestacker I wrote that while watching but then saw the FDOI on the other banknote protector. Guessing it was just put back in other one. They are cool to have with the stamp.👍
