It pains me to no end knowing that this game will never be acknowledged by Konami and that none of its songs made it into the Castlevania Netflix series
I mean, it got released for “free” on the Nintendo switch online and after playing it, oof. I can see why it wasn’t sold on a compilation. It’s not as bad as the Adventure (I am well aware of the irony) but it’s one of the few castlevania games I just couldn’t stand finishing. Slow. The f’ing falling traps. It’s just no bueno
My second favorite version of Bloody Tears. Castlvania 2: Simons Quest will always be the best. The Netflix version in Season 1 is my third favorite version.
Ngl, this ain't a bad remake of Bloody Tears. This kinda makes this tune into Sonia's theme IMO which is something given how she ain't canon sadly (despite the ending with Alucard).
@@sebastianadventurexEspecially given the console it was originally on. The original Game Boy only had 4 audio channels, and the samples were VERY archaic and restrictive.
I love this version. If Bloody Tears was played live, this would be the "solo" version that gets played in the middle.

This totally sounds like something that would be on a current system.
the song has aged well
