I can appreciate the fact that the HWPO team makes sure that their workout are valid. Dani speed and Danialle Brandon are put here submitting invalid videos, yet they only get deducted time. HWPO are the example of crossfit and should be the standard.
Its very exhausting to watch because of the extrem restless camera and prospective. Calm down and dont cut it in this little tiny parts. Its not watchable tjis way
I appreciate that you have everyone of your team in these videos, so we get an idea of how much work there is actually behind these performances. However, it would be nice if you could show more of the actual workouts and less interviews.. but I understand that you are not willing to put out too much footage and risk to expose the athletes to criticism or controversies over workout standards and eventual noreps. I guess Mat is always making the smart choice

This video spends more than half it's time talking about stuff nobody outside of this crew would even care about. Why not just make it shorter and relevant to the wider audience as a whole?
