Did you let the pork dry after being boiled . I made it and when i put it in the oil it was spitting hot oil and exploding everywhere. How do you stop this happening i dried it off with kitchen before i put it in the oil

We thought that if we put the pork in a dry cloth for a few minutes, it would dry out, but unfortunately we were wrong, it's good that I had burn ointment at home. Oil was shooting out in all directions 🔥🔥🔥

the pork was cooked for about 40 minutes and we used lard for frying, it turned out amazing
