I'm glad you're starting your first tank! For water changes, it really depends on the setup and the inhabitants, but generally, changing 10-20% of the water weekly is a good starting point. With 1" of dirt and 2" of sand, you might get some cloudiness initially, but it should settle down. Using a fine filter can help clear up any muddy water. Good luck with your build!

The expanding foam is for aquarium, you can search "expanding foam for aquarium" in the amazon. You can choose different colors.
Can you give us more info on products used like the foam and what is the micro fiber used please
