You are the first person I have heard of to have a problem with the machine. We have 2 and they are fantastic. I just looked. They have over 1800 feedback on Amazon with 4.6 stars. Did it power on? Was it plugged in to 110 or 220? What size compressor did you have it hooked to? I don't want to promote something that doesn't work but can you provide what problem you had other than it's garbage.
