No offense! But there's no such thing as impact true freshman any longer now that the portal exists. No serious team is gonna rely on freshman when they can go get experience in the portal. As a result, most of these freshman players will never be starters at the school they originally chose out of HS. I mean, even Michigan is looking to get an experienced RB to start rather than letting Hall and Marshall battle it out for the gig. Why? Because both are inexperienced.
