The many Disney films and TV shows that were morally good and family friendly were made while Walt Disney was still alive and running the show. It was sometime after Walt's death, when the dark ones with their decadent agendas, bought the company, kicked Walt's brother, Roy, off the Board of Directors and eventually started making bad films for children.
Remember that saying "go woke, go broke" and I hope Disney feels the full impact.
My Anaheim High School senior prom activity was at the park in 1955 when it first opened. I recently came across a news clipping that some of today's students are uncomfortable with my old high school's name -- the Anaheim Colonists -- and are working to change it. Oh well, I will always be a Colonist.
What a shame. I grew up with Disney as well. This “new” Disney is so perverted I won’t be watching and neither will my grandkids. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope and pray that you lose all your business!!! Maybe you all will see the evilness of your ways but I seriously doubt it.
We’ve canceled all four visits this year. My family sold their stocks weeks ago. I’d be lying if I said I’m kinda in mourning because Disney has been our life for over thirty years. But seeing these executives giddy over discussing sexuality, I know I’ve done the right thing by canceling.
I just want to console you and say that I mourn the loss of old cherished friends too. 💔💔💔

This is ironic; I just had the same conversation w my sisters who have grandkids like myself and also w my oldest granddaughter who remembers the purity of what Disney was and how it has changed w times. It’s sad and disgusting.
my best friend who still lives in vero beach florida told me that he took his 5 or 6 year old granddaughter to the indian river county fair and this really disturbed me. she told him that she knows what a lesbian is. he said what? she said you know how boyfriend and girlfriend are, you can have a girlfriend and you can kiss her. cops are bad because they arrest black people. he said where did you hear this? she said " at school, my teacher told me this". this has to stop!

I had noticed it too, more than beauty and the beast. Some yrs ago their new cartoons shed sinister darkness of characters, entire cartoons were unbearable to watch, such darkness. Glad dont have any kids growing now

I too remember the magic that Disney brought to children's lives in my time and in the time of my now adult children. Even my grandkids enjoyed their movies before they grew up. Clearly the good times are over.

When I was in elementary school in the early 1970s, we had Disney movies shown in the auditorium as fund-raisers on Saturday afternoons because they were 100% family friendly. (They were also very entertaining.) I first went to Disney World as a 12-year-old in 1976. That was a long, long time ago. Nevertheless, not in my wildest dreams would I have believed this company would turn into a moral cesspool in my lifetime. Truly, this is beyond sad. It's also deeply disturbing.
