I have installed this rail on numerous projects and in no way do these videos help. I had to come up with my own way to make it easier to set. Especially with crossovers

Just want to add my frustration on how unhelpful these videos are. Nobody needs help figuring out how to tap the rail sections together. How about not-really-edge cases like a 4x4 top post and 2x2 crossover. Not quite so easy to clamp. How about explaining how we'd know if we had top/bottom side of a rail. No stickers in my boxes. This video tells me "it's important on the riviera series"... but I'm left to guess on why. Guys - pretend you've never done this. What questions would you have. Better yet - call up a DIY customer and see where they were getting stuck. I did the flat sections of my install. It's easy once you get the hang of the system - which your videos do not help with. As part of that... maybe, just maybe, some help with tips/tricks to cut a crossover rail to the right height?
