Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but I feel like those manual sustain effects and crescendo pedals are cheating a bit. This being said, I love that last chord.
From my point of view (and that's all these comments are) why not make use of what is available? A rule like "manual sustain effects are not allowed or cheating" serves what? Such "rules" only serve to restrict what is possible, to satisfy the mind. I tend to just listen to the beauty of this young man's creations as it is. If you listen from a place of "it should not be this way" you are blocking what is for what "could be" which is a mind game, although nothing "wrong" with that.
A very poor improvisation, devoid of melody, thematic material or development - just a concatenation of noises. Marle-Ouvrard is capable of far better than this...

Rassurez vous cet orgue sonne très bien dans des registrations plus classiques là c'est c'est une impro très originale d'ailleurs :-)
