وَمَا لَـكُمۡ لَا تُقَاتِلُوۡنَ فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ وَالۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِيۡنَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَآءِ وَالۡوِلۡدَانِ الَّذِيۡنَ يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ رَبَّنَاۤ اَخۡرِجۡنَا مِنۡ هٰذِهِ الۡـقَرۡيَةِ الظَّالِمِ اَهۡلُهَا‌ۚ وَاجۡعَلْ لَّـنَا مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ وَلِيًّا ۙۚ وَّاجۡعَلْ لَّـنَا مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ نَصِيۡرًاؕ‏ ﴿۷۵﴾
‏‎اور تم کو کیا ہوا ہے کہ خدا کی راہ میں اور اُن بےبس مردوں اور عورتوں اور بچوں کی خاطر نہیں لڑتے جو دعائیں کیا کرتے ہیں کہ اے پروردگار ہم کو اس شہر سے جس کے رہنے والے ظالم ہیں نکال کر کہیں اور لے جا۔ اور اپنی طرف سے کسی کو ہمارا حامی بنا۔ اور اپنی ہی طرف سے کسی کو ہمارا مددگار مقرر فرما- ﴿۷۵﴾
کی رو سے آپ سے یہ سوال کرنا چاہتی ہوں کہ کیا اس فرمان کو نہ مان کر پاکستانی سیاست دان، پاکستانی فوج، پاکستانی علما، پاکستانی عدلیہ اور دیگر اعلی عہدوں پر فائز لوگ مسلمان ہیں یا کافر ہیں؟ اگر کافر ہیں تو آئین پاکستان کے تحت چونکہ کوئی کافر پاکستان کا حکمران نہیں ہو سکتا تو کیا موجودہ حکومت ، اور فوج کو گرانا جائز ہے یا ناجائز؟ اگر جائز نہیں ہے تو قرآن و حدیث سے وضاحت کر دیں۔ یہ بھی بتا دیں کہ حکمران کس صورت میں کافر نہیں ہوں گئے؟
میری تمام پاکستانی بہن بھائیوں سے اپیل ہے کہ اوپر دئیے گئے سوالات کو کاپی کرئیں اور اپنے نزدیکی عالم دین سے اس کا فتوی لے کر اس تحریر کی تصویر اپنی سوشل میڈیا پروفائل پر شئیر کریں۔
اس پیغام کو فرقان سمجھ کر اپنے حکمرانوں اور علما کے اصلی چہرے کو پہچاننیے اور عوام کی حثییت سے اس معاملے میں اپنی ذمہ داری انجام دئیں۔ اس وقت ہمارے پاس وہی چند گھڑیاں ہیں جو ایک نبی کی امت کے پاس تھیں اور انہوں نے آخری وقت میں توبہ کر لی اور اللہ نے انکا عذاب معاف کردیا تھا۔ اگر ہم فلسطین کی مدد کو نہ گئے تو ہم پر حجت تمام ہے۔

وَ رَسُوۡلًا اِلٰی بَنِیۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِیۡلَ ۬ ۙ اَنِّیۡ قَدۡ جِئۡتُکُمۡ بِاٰیَۃٍ مِّنۡ رَّبِّکُمۡ ۙ اَنِّیۡۤ اَخۡلُقُ لَکُمۡ مِّنَ الطِّیۡنِ کَہَیۡئَۃِ الطَّیۡرِ فَاَنۡفُخُ فِیۡہِ فَیَکُوۡنُ طَیۡرًۢا بِاِذۡنِ اللّٰہِ ۚ وَ اُبۡرِئُ الۡاَکۡمَہَ وَ الۡاَبۡرَصَ وَ اُحۡیِ الۡمَوۡتٰی بِاِذۡنِ اللّٰہِ ۚ وَ اُنَبِّئُکُمۡ بِمَا تَاۡکُلُوۡنَ وَ مَا تَدَّخِرُوۡنَ ۙ فِیۡ بُیُوۡتِکُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیَۃً لَّکُمۡ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿ۚ۴۹﴾
Tarjma
اور وہ بنی اسرائیل کی طرف رسول ہوگاکہ میں تمہارے پاس تمہارے رب کی نشانی لایا ہوں میں تمہارے لئے پرندے کی شکل کی طرح مٹی کا پرندہ بناتا ہوں ، پھر اس میں پھونک مارتا ہوں تو وہ اللہ تعالٰی کے حکم سے پرندہ بن جاتا ہے اور اللہ تعالٰی کے حکم سے میں مادر زاد اندھے کو اور کوڑھی کو اچھا کر دیتا ہوں اور مُردوں کو زندہ کر تا ہوں اور جو کچھ تم کھاؤ اور جو اپنے گھروں میں ذخیرہ کرو میں تمہیں بتا دیتا ہوں اس میں تمہارے لئے بڑی نشانی ہے ، اگر تم ایمان لانے والے ہو ۔ ........

سورة البقرة ايت 54 میں اسی واقع کی طرف اشارہ ہے۔
And ˹remember˺ when Moses said to his people, “O my people! Surely you have wronged yourselves by worshipping the calf, so turn in repentance to your Creator and execute ˹the calf-worshippers among˺ yourselves. That is best for you in the sight of your Creator.” Then He accepted your repentance. Surely He is the Accepter of Repentance, Most Merciful.

At 13:35 Sahil Adeem is talking about the pillar of fire mentioned in Torah book of Exodus Chapter 13. But I couldn’t find the reference which states that this pillar of fire was standing on the eyes of a calf which was being carried by four people.
