I think common and critical parts to store in a saddlebag are 1 x multitool, 1 x tube, 2 x tyre levers, some tube patches and glue. This review failed to show if a tube can fit a tyre and tyre levers. Don't really care if the saddlebag can take a phone. There are better ways to take a phone with you when riding.

Could you fit a spare inner tube, phone & co2 catridge in this saddle bag?
bit of a squeeze, but should work i think. Depends a bit on how big your phone is :)
