This is a very good trick. Thanks for sharing the step-by-step to get the burndown chart. How do we get the remaining hours column in our data? In my case, I have loaded data from the AzureDevOps Analytics view for multiple projects and multiple sprints. The data has Sprint Name, Start Date, and End Date columns along with Original Estimate, Completed Hrs, and Remaining Hrs as well. Can you please advise?
@@ferdinandmartialndione9424 The remaining hours column in exposed ADO data is blocking. Another way to do this is to use the ClosedDate column but that does not give the exact output as ADO's own burndown chart.
Hey this is awesome. Question about a part of the DAX formula. When I try to calculate SprintLength with a Max of a counter field or a DATEDIFF calculation, instead of entering 30, the line doesn't extend out. Any thoughts?
This is Awesome trick but if we want to see all sprints together and not single sprint how can we see that ? what calculation we have to make for SprintLength = ??
@@anthonywhitfield4668 I did manage to solve this and posted my solution in the PBI Community here community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Burn-Down-Chart-Cuts-Short/m-p/1218612
Parker thanks for all these short tutorials -- they are great for referring back on how to do something. You are a great resource!
