J'ai pris l'habitude le matin "à la fraîche " quand tout le monde dort, de me balader dans les plus beaux villages de France et étrangers. Votre vidéo est très réussie, Grimaud est un village d'artistes et j'ai beaucoup apprécié les statues. Vos commentaires permettent de mieux connaître les coutumes de la région. I love france, and I have tried to learn the french language. However, I have found it challenging to become fluent in French. Despite this, my passion for France and its culture continues to motivate me to improve my language skills. I love the french cuisine, art, and history. The rich flavors of French food, the breathtaking masterpieces found in French museums, and the captivating stories behind iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower fascinate me. I am determined to overcome the difficulties and fully immerse myself in the beauty of the French language to better appreciate all that France has to offer.
We love France too! Michelle has been learning French via the Duolingo App on her phone and feels so much more confident in her understanding and speaking of the language, she has a way to go yet, but learns a little more every day. It’s important to know the languages of the countries you love, to be able to immerse yourself in the culture. You also find that people if you try to speak French but get it mixed up people will be lovely and help you out. We love the villages, the nature, the history, the food, but most of all the wonderful people. Thank you for your lovely comment, your determination to succeed in your studies of French is inspiring. Being able to speak French opens up a world of opportunities, whether it's exploring the charming streets of Paris or indulging in delicious pastries at a local bakery. It's truly a language that brings people together and I'm grateful for the chance to learn and grow through it. I speak spanish and I can sometimes understand french due to latin roots, but I'm excited to fully immerse myself in the language and expand my linguistic abilities. It's amazing how languages can connect us to different cultures. I used to watch old french movies, and hearing old french movie stars such as Alain delon speak is like stepping into a time capsule. Their elegant and melodic accents transport me to a different era, making me appreciate the rich history and artistry of the French language even more. I can't wait to explore the nuances of pronunciation and delve deeper into the literature and poetry that have shaped this beautiful language. ♥

What a lovely village, thank you. I noticed that inside the Chapelle des Penitents at the middle of the altar there was a tabernacle (a golden "box") with a cross just above it. A red vigil candle was sitting to the right which was lit. This tabernacle would likely contain consecrated hosts of Our Lord Jesus and, as a sign of reverence and penitence, one could kneel and adore the Lord in silence, offering a lovely period of intimacy with Jesus.
