I don’t understand why everybody hates The Heart Pt. 6. Drake simply acknowledged that predator allegations are nothing to just gloss over. Had he not defended that people would have found it weird he didn’t clear the air on it. And he only touched on it (no pun intended) for like 15 seconds maybe. I don’t know man I think the heart part 6 was type scary. It took a turn.

He didnt necessarily have to address it. In a battle, offense is the best defense. Drake called Kendrick a wife beater and Kendrick didnt address it ONCE. Now look who won? Instead, Kendrick kept shootin at different angles, anticipated Drake's moves and was methodic in his selection of producers/beats.

@@illSonTheNaughty Agree to disagree. In a normal conversation or a different setting, you're absolutely right. But in a rap battle you have to be strategic when you play defense. If he packaged his defense in a witty rebuttal (which would be an offensive move) then I think it would hit hard. But just saying "you made it up", "show me proof"or "I would've been arrested if it was true" is the worst way to address an allegation.
Compare that to Kendrick's way of responding to an allegation, ignoring it and shooting back. If both of them are lying, Kendrick's lies are more believable.
