Sorry Roccio asking from good place, sorry in case I misd that, why not hire care takers whenever u travel, they can come 3 to 4 times a week but u shud also have a stay over care taker, a house left vacant for long delapitates fast n turns out spooky. A house loves life, breath of life, speaking from personal experience, can never leave my house unattended when I travel or my family travels.😊
The villa has two female workers and three male workers that stay there
Actually is 4 man and 1 lady the other girl she come during school holidays
she is the one that Marwa supported her to pay school fees
Who said that the house was left vacant for two months? If you are following you would know that people were left in the house.
Do y'all not pay attention? They have people at the house 24/7 when they're gone 😂

So good to see you back. I have been Vegan for about 50 years which is most of my life. I don't eat chemicals or foods with preservatives. I don't eat any animal products which includes no dairy. No wheat or processed foods. No salt and no sugar. No wheat, white flour or sugar. No honey which is liquid sugar. My family think that I am crazy. I am the only family member with discipline enough to control what I eat. I only use olive oil and all vegetarian. Medical people are always shocked at my age. I am a senior citizen and do not look my age. My organs and body is healthier than even younger people. I am mentally alert. I amaze people wherever I go. I don't even use fresh fruit juices because they do have sugar in them. I skin is glowing and I have no wrinkles. People always ask me what is my skin routine and what products I use. I only use natural products such as black soap and shea butter. I also use coconut oil and other natural oils. I get enough sleep and make sure I get some sun everyday. Keep up the good work. You are on the right track. Best wishes to you and husband.

The food has a lot of sugar. Especially from the mango and banana. Pancakes have a lot of sugar. Eggs got a lot cholesterol. Would recommend soy milk and small amounts of fruits and Wheaties.
Bananas are one of the contributors for diabetes in Africa, unfortunately.
