- In this episode, host Shane McAuliffe head out to San Saba County to check out a historic suspension bridge that happens to be the only one in the state that you can drive on, right here on The Texas Bucket List.
I like Texas bucket list videos on UA-cam from the imperial county California 🇺🇲👍
I've heard of the Regency Bridge in San Saba several times on
some TV shows and movies, in the news and it is really awesome
thank you Shane and TBL.🤠🐴🇺🇲
Love Love Love this... And all of your videos! Always fun and interesting👍🏻
I’ve never been to this bridge but I would love to see it in person. I would like to park on one side and walk across it to enjoy the view before I drive over it. Maybe some day, it’s on my bucket list.
❤😊❤😊interesting
I have some land near there, but this is the first I've heard of it. Definitely on my "check it out" list now, though. Thanks!
Been to it was closed to cars for repairs to railing but we got to walk it.
Awesome
Pralines, Bunkhouse BBQ, Tommy Lee Jones.
Drove across that bridge about a month or two after George Bush reopened that bridge when the restoration was finished. I imagine that it is much like what driving across a pontoon bridge, or a really big waterbed would feel like if you could find a big enough waterbed to drive across. Now I say that because I’ve never drove across a pontoon bridge, but I have driven across the Regency bridge and walked across it and walking across felt much the same as walking on a waterbed does. It is definitely a unique feeling.
it's 97 feet from top to bottom and I caught a bass from the top of the bridge before
I would love to walk across it, I wonder if that’s allowed?
Same here. I would take in the view before driving over it.
Yes it is
Pea con?! I thought Texans called it pea CAN!
